Mail from Harper

Hi all ..

I oddly got a message from the harpers.. i say oddly as i've done 98% of literally everything on quests
so i found this mail unusual especially as it asks me to keep an eye out for a Harper Sign



Im not sure if this is new or means anything .. .so thought if i post here, maybe i can get some info on what is going on with this specific mail..
It may even be junk but  thought be best to ask

Quick comment… I think I got one of those recently. If I surmise correctly, the reason they may have sent it is to promote the newly reinstated Foundry system that had been virtually dead and buried for quite a while…

Hope this allays any doubts you may have -- as far as I can tell the mail message is of no real consequence if the Foundry is not a part of your interests.

I got that one to for finishing a quest recently, but can't remember what it was. You get it at way earlier level normally.

ah lol i was thinking that it was a little odd
