With mod 12b, the game will allow you, in case you have already completed a campaign, to generate a coin you can use on your alternate characters to instantly fulfill all tasks on the coin's corresponding campaign.
To do this you'll need 50k Astral Diamonds and an assortment of resources from the desired campaign, although the Elemental Evil, PVP and Jungle of Chult campaigns will not allow this new feature.
It still was not possible for me to test this, due to lack of some materials, after testing things out I will update further, while until then I'll just keep below what are the requirements to craft the coin for each of the campaigns.

UPDATE: After testing out the new system I realised that this new module 12b will not bring new "free" campaign completions to alternative characters. All the new generate coin will do will be, once used, will reduce ALL campaign costs by 50%.

It still remains a great help, though not as great as at 1st expected.

UPDATE: Due to the elevated cost to craft each of the Campaign Signets of Patronage, Cryptic Studios decided to reduce the crafting costs significantly. Here are the new material lists for the signets.

Other changes made were that now all dungeons and trials that are unlocked through the campaigns are now with the 1st task completion, unlocked for all of the account's characters. This affects the following queues:

  • Demogorgon (Master)
  • Fangbreaker Island
  • Assault on Svardborg
  • Assault on Svardborg (Master)
  • Spellplague Caverns (Master)
  • Tomb of the Nine Gods
